Hey friend! I’m Heather—wife to Garrett, mom to two amazing girls, homeschool teacher, homemaker, and unapologetic lover of Diet Coke and cozy mornings. Our home in Virginia is full of laughter, learning, and the occasional Lego underfoot. I’ve faced my fair share of ups and downs (including a stroke not long after my youngest was born), but through it all, God has proven Himself faithful. I’m learning that real strength doesn’t come from having it all together. It comes from leaning hard on His grace and showing up with a little grit.

Grace, Grit, and Girls is where faith meets real life. It’s a space for women and moms who love Jesus but sometimes feel like they’re just trying to keep up with the laundry and lesson plans. Here you’ll find encouragement for your walk with God, practical ideas for home and homeschool, and honest reflections on motherhood, marriage, and growth.
